innovation and quality, has received the Level 3 certification by the SQF

(Safe Quality Food) Institute for our line of Wholly Guacamole and Wholly

Salsa products. The Level 3 certification is the highest level of food safety

that can be obtained within SQF.

As many of you know, the SQF Program is a leading, global food safety and

quality certification program and management system designed to meet the

needs of buyers and suppliers worldwide.

The Program provides independent certification that Fresherized Foods

complies with international and domestic food safety regulations. This

enables suppliers to assure their customer that food has been produced,

processed, prepared and handled according to the highest possible standards,

at all levels of the supply chain.

Food safety is the cornerstone of our business and we take this responsibility

very seriously. We will continue to lead in our industry to ensure food safety

is the top priority for all manufacturers serving the produce section.

What makes Wholly Guacamole® so good? The avocado is one remarkable fruit! They’re chocked full of magnesium, Vitamin E, folic acid and lutein,
a natural antioxidant. So good that many folks use our guac in place of mayo or ranch dressing.

Why does guacamole turn brown? Avocados are very sensitive to oxygen, and just like other fruits, they
begin to turn brown after being exposed to the air.

Can I freeze Wholly Guacamole®? You sure can! Our Fresherized® Wholly Guacamole products can be stored unopened
for up to 3 months in the freezer so you have no excuse not to have any on hand!

Where can I find Wholly Guacamole®? You can usually find Wholly Guacamole in the refrigerated produce section at your local grocery store.
Some stores choose to carry it in their refrigerated grocery, deli or meat departments.

How do you keep Wholly Guacamole® from turning brown? You can squirt lime juice on the guacamole to help keep it from browning so quickly.
The acidic juice helps the guacamole stay green longer.

Aren’t avocados high in fat? The truth is: avocados are high in monounsaturated fat. The same fat that’s in olive oil and almonds. There are great health benefits associated with the monounsaturated fat having to do with blood cholesterol, cancer and diabetes.

Why is the Fresherized® process superior to other forms of food preservation? Fresherized is an all-natural process. Lots of other food preservation methods use heat, chemicals and other processes that can ultimately damage natural flavors. Fresherized merely uses water at very high pressures.
